Haven Developments selected Gillam Group as its construction management partner to deliver an 8 story, 160,000 sq. ft. office condo tower on Finch Avenue West. In addition, this project will have three levels of underground parking.

As the construction manager, Gillam Group performed extensive preconstruction activities in a collaborative and integrated fashion with the client and consulting team including budget management, scheduling, value engineering, logistics planning, procurement and risk management.

Key challenges include:

  1. Working within a tight budget including extensive value engineering services
  2. Managing major construction activities with no extended lay-down space
  3. Delivering a fast-track schedule
