Scott is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the roles as Project Director, Bid Director, Senior Estimator and Project Manager. Scott brings a diverse portfolio of relevant project experience that includes large-scale projects such as the University of Waterloo Math 4 Building, Golf Canada Headquarters, OPP Modernization projects, East Rail Maintenance Facility, McMaster Engineering Building and Maple Leaf Processing Plant, multi-unit residential experience at the Market Flats, 269 Sunview and the City of Toronto Rapid Housing Initiative Projects at Bellevue and Wardlaw. Scott also lives and Hamilton, recently completed a project at McMaster Divinity College and has strong relationships with Toronto, Kitchener-Waterloo and Niagara construction markets.
Currently, Scott leads Gillam’s Kitchener-Waterloo office, where he is overseeing multiple mixed-use projects in the Region, giving him relevant local knowledge of working with the municipality, authorities having jurisdiction and the local supply chain. Scott received Gillam’s Kaizen Award in 2021, for his ongoing efforts in continuous improvement for the organization.
