Kalovida Developments appointed Gillam Group as the construction manager for an 18-storey, luxury condominium at 24 Mercer Street, in Toronto, Ontario. The project features 13 high-end units, each occupying one floor with direct elevator access, high security, and luxurious finishes. The penthouse unit comprises 2 floors that are connected via a staircase, and it includes a large exterior patio. The site is only 25 feet wide, which introduces considerable logistical challenges.
