This project is a new OBC Part 3, 90-unit, 8-storey affordable housing apartment building with a 2-storey above grade parking deck, adjacent to an existing 8-storey, 150-unit apartment building at 286 Major Mackenzie Drive East, Richmond Hill, Ontario.

The site work includes selective site demolition; a modified rotunda driveway and drop-off; a new entrance canopy; a new playground set in the east side of the Property; a new garbage enclosure; new asphalt surfacing including a new landscape component. Additionally, excavation for the new building foundations will be required. The exterior of the building will require masonry face brick, window wall system, metal panel, metal siding, precast concrete and membrane roofing. The interior build also includes suite and lobby fit-up, a utility room, common laundry and corridor fit-up.
