A superb architectural landmark in itself, commanding a key corner location and offering enviable views, this new address is home to 282 well-appointed, luxury residences across 10 storeys, each masterfully designed and meticulously detailed, with an elevated level of building amenities and expansive landscapes. The building also includes 3 levels of underground parking in an irregular shape. Working with the developer and design team in an integrated fashion, Gillam helped to evolve the design and de-risk the project in a way that was sympathetic to the budget.
