Hazelton Developments retained Gillam as the construction manager for a 14-storey Condo Tower and a 4 storey Townhouse development in the east end of Mississauga. The project features a reinforced concrete structure, with high quality finishes inside and out with roof top garden and terrace complete with party spaces. Parking is provided below grade. The development is clad in brick, precast concrete and curtainwall systems at grade and window wall systems to the residential units. The roof top area is topped off with a beautiful, landscaped patio for use by residents. The Gillam team joined the project prior to the site plan/permit application.
