This project included a complete renovation and revitalization of the ground floor gain lobby. Complete with a new entrance canopy outside, new glazing at new entrance, interior new ceiling and walls using large format tiles and special glass with back lighting. The elevator lobby also received a new ceiling and new wall finishes. All work was completed while maintaining access 24hrs per day to the elevators to the tenants on the 24 floors office tower.
