Sash Restaurant + Wine Bar is a fine dining venture located in the heart of Rosedale at 1133 Yonge Street. The space is currently in the works for North 44’s head chef of more than 23 years, Sash Simpson. He says to expect a modern American menu with a global infusion. At roughly 4,000 sq.ft. with an occupancy of greater than 30 seats and a lofty budget, this restaurant provides the end user with a balanced combination of both fine finishes, including millwork, glass, flooring, accent walls, and lighting, along with complex mechanical systems and kitchen equipment.
