Spectrum Square 4 is a 130,000 sq. ft., 6-storey office tower, located in Mississauga’s prestigious Spectrum Square Campus. The LEED Gold office tower is constructed to sustainable standards that have been the hallmark of the campus. The construction is reinforced concrete structure on caisson foundations with high quality curtainwall. The interior has access floor which will distribute both mechanical and electrical services economically. The exposed concrete ceilings will provide not only additional height but the clean appearance that is vert desirable in today’s upscale office market. In addition to the office building, a standalone 365 space parking lot was added providing ample parking for both the new office tower plus the existing retail. Gillam was selected as the Construction Manager due to the firm’s dedication and commitment to meet the schedule and quality that the client and design team had set forth.
